Dames of Throne

Art produced for a 'Game of Thrones' themed Burlesque show called 'Dames of Throne'

Edit- Just to clear up any misunderstandings, the woman in the wolf piece is supposed to be a female personification of Jon Snow (a Joan Snow if you will) and not Arya Stark.

Of Mice and Men

This is a digital painting done for an Affectors exhibition called 'The Art of Storytelling'. Contributing artists had to choose a well known novel and bring it to life in their art. I chose John Steinbeck's classic, 'Of Mice and Men'.

I have a blog? Oops, I forgot...don't be MAD

Well, it's been 5 months since my last blog post. Very sorry to those who still tune in but as most people do these days, the majority of my new work ends up on Facebook...but I'm finally getting around to updating the old blog. So enjoy this avalanche of recent work...

This is a MAD magazine from earlier this year...both versions with and without text. Not big on the graffiti fonts they used but it's kinda necessary to show this version as it completes the gag of the artwork.

This was created with a shaded pencil drawing, scanned, coloured and blended in Photoshop.

The Alpha Zeta Experiment

Myself and fellow artists from The Drawing Book Studios and our subgroup called 'The Affectors' recently had a themed exhibition titled 'Monsters'. This is my contribution to the night. Created in Zbrush using Alpha Skinning (thus the title).

I also created a short, fun process video for the exhibition launch as well. Chris Wahl- The Alpha Zeta Experiment

New Year sketches

I was a bit slow off the mark this year with art due to moving house and having a little slump in creativity...but, I'm back at it with a renewed enthusiasm. Here are some sketches from 2013 so far...
